How do drops work? Every product starts at retail and the price drops by a fixed step on a fixed timer (shown in the room). Hold the snag bar for 5 seconds to buy at the current price — first hold to complete wins. If nobody buys by the floor price, the item ends unsold. It's a fixed schedule, not a game of chance.
Membership & billing. Watching is free; snagging needs the snagz club (weekly or monthly, billed via Stripe). Cancel anytime: Profile → club status → manage — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Free trials (when offered) can be canceled during the trial at no charge.
Where's my order? After you win, pay from your bag and your item ships to the address you confirmed. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email us for tracking.
Returns & refunds. 14 days from delivery for unused items in original condition; damaged/incorrect/lost orders are refunded or replaced free. Full policy in the Terms (§5).
Delete my account. In the app: Profile → delete my account. This is instant and permanent, and cancels any membership. You can also email us to delete it for you.
Payment security. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
